01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the phtaya777 platform ("the Platform," "phtaya777," or "the Service"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close any existing account.

phtaya777 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the phtaya777.club website. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Use of the phtaya777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of any Account:

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each session.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, group, or entity when registering an Account.

phtaya777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

04 Account Registration and Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the phtaya777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phtaya777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances in those accounts, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required under applicable regulations.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya777 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. phtaya777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify phtaya777 support immediately.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all subsequent times. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information — including regarding your name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. phtaya777 may suspend or terminate any Account where inaccurate information is discovered, and any pending balance may be held pending verification.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

phtaya777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any Account in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the direction of PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phtaya777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phtaya777 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallet methods are typically credited to your phtaya777 Account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited on the same day. PesoNet transfers may take up to one (1) banking day. phtaya777 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times or system outages. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification prior to first payout. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) banking day. phtaya777 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures to any withdrawal request, including requests for supporting documentation. Withdrawal requests may be declined where the source of funds cannot be adequately verified.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions are monitored. phtaya777 is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required. Transactions structured to circumvent reporting thresholds are prohibited. You represent that all funds deposited to phtaya777 are from legitimate, lawfully obtained sources.

06 Games, Gameplay, and Technical Provisions

6.1 Game Availability

phtaya777 offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino table games (including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and poker), bingo, arcade games, and others. Game availability may vary due to provider maintenance schedules, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or technical factors. phtaya777 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Game Fairness and RNG Certification

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games available on phtaya777 are sourced from certified providers and operate using independently audited RNG systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and RNG table games are published by the respective providers and available for review. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers and conducted using physical dealing equipment under live video surveillance. phtaya777 does not control the outcomes of live dealer games beyond the selection of certified providers.

6.3 Disconnection and Technical Errors

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, phtaya777's system will attempt to complete the round according to game rules in effect at the time of disconnection. phtaya777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from interruptions to your internet connection, device failure, or other technical failures outside phtaya777's direct control. If a game error results in an incorrect payout — whether overpayment or underpayment — phtaya777 reserves the right to correct the Account balance once the error is identified.

07 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, and incentives provided by phtaya777 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each promotion's individual terms and conditions.
• phtaya777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any unmet wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

08 Responsible Gaming

phtaya777 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount that can be deposited to their Account. Once set, limits may be reduced immediately but may not be increased until a mandatory waiting period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may set alerts that trigger after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests activate immediately. A permanently excluded Account cannot be reopened.
• Reality Checks: Users may set periodic notifications displaying time elapsed and net account movement during the current session.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaya777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system feature. Any such exploitation must be reported to phtaya777 support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using phtaya777 to launder money.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing any third party to operate your Account, participate in gameplay on your behalf, or make financial transactions through your Account.
• Any conduct that phtaya777 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or disruptive toward phtaya777 staff or other users.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of winnings, or financial loss resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device failures not directly caused by phtaya777's negligence.
• Any inaccuracy in game information, payout information, or promotional information resulting from third-party provider errors.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with your security obligations regarding your Account credentials.

Nothing in this clause limits phtaya777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. In all cases, phtaya777's total liability to any User in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data provided to phtaya777 is governed by the phtaya777 Privacy Policy, available at phtaya777.club/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

phtaya777 may share your information with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent authorities as required by applicable law. phtaya777 will not sell your personal data to third-party commercial entities.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact phtaya777 support at [email protected] and allow phtaya777 a reasonable period — not less than thirty (30) calendar days — to investigate and respond to your complaint. phtaya777 maintains a formal complaints procedure and is required to handle all PAGCOR-related complaints in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.

13 General Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phtaya777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. phtaya777's failure to exercise or enforce any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right. No waiver by phtaya777 of any breach shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Assignment. You may not transfer or assign your Account or any rights under this Agreement to any other person or entity. phtaya777 may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any successor entity or affiliate without restriction.

Language. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
